To aid relocating additional warmth nearly my 2nd floor, I Lower a vent in my kitchen ceiling (doesn't have for being right around the stove) to my 2nd floor landing and put in a register booter fan with thermostat and variable pace., along with the important inner thoughts that impact our life.
